Ari Gorman

Ari has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and has held CTO and leadership positions in technology companies with a focus on voice-and video-over-IP and application delivery networks. Prior to joining Pavo, Ari was a co-founder and CTO of NovaTel Networks, where he spent the past 16 years. Ari is responsible for network and software design, design, development, deployment, integration and management of NovaTel's network and infrastructure. Ari's expertise earned him recognition and NovaTel, proven in numerous collaborations and partnerships with other industry leaders.

Dave Dabbah

Dave has been a marketing, operations and business executive for over 15 years, working with public companies and startup in B2B and B2C markets. He has launched and successfully developed several startups including Emaillabs, Lyris, Ephox and SoundCloud. Dave is an expert in branding and strategic market placements, analytics, public relations, social media marketing, growth strategies, operations and business management, and leadership development. Atakan Cetinsoy

Atakan has been involved in hi-tech product management and product marketing for over 20 years, dealing with VC-funded global brands and startups including Apple, Yahoo !, Fedex, Strands and Deem. Atakan has regularly developed, launched and marketed successful software products in SaaS, machine learning, FinTech, B2B travel, and digital media. Atakan specializes in integrating data science into product portfolios, go-to-market planning, and solving complex business problems in a globally scalable way. Atakan holds an MBA from Terry College of Business University of Georgia.

David Howard

VP Corporate Strategy

David has 20 years of Silicon Valley marketing experience in telecommunications, hardware, software, IoT, and SaaS. Prior to joining Pavo, he worked and collaborated with Erhan Cakmak in marketing, business partnerships and operations. David also works for Salesforce in the Analytics business unit, and in the industry leader of Platfora data visualization. Prior to this David had a tenor with Bell Canada, Alcatel S.A, and Cisco Systems. David has completed the University of California Berkeley, the Haas School of Business, Venture Capital executives, and the Berkeley HAAS executive program.

Basir Momand

IT & Sensor Engineering

Basir has been involved in software development, VoIP and infrastructure planning, call center technology, IT and technology support for 30 years. Prior to Pavo, he served as call center general manager and IT and supported the CallSocket LP infrastructure director. Basir is a CTO at Alliance Financial, having served as a customer service director for the Global Investment Group. He also leads senior tech support / telecommunication technicians at Siemens-Munich and at Aspect. Basir has a B.S. in computer science from San Jose State University.

Mike Booker

Mike has been working on high quality organic marijuana for nearly 10 years. A member of the California Farmers' Association, Mike is an advocate for the legalization of US federal cannabis. Osman Yağan PhD

Osman is Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering Research (ECE) at Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to joining the ECE faculty in 2013, he is a postdoctoral researcher at CyLab at Carnegie Mellon. Osman's research interest is in modeling, design, and performance evaluation of engineering systems with an emphasis on systems and communications networks. Specific research topics include wireless communications, security, social networking and information, and virtual physical systems. Osman is a senior member of the IEEE and has served as a Technical Program member of several international conferences.
